The Speedhorse is Jim's ideal
quarter horse in full stride. This piece looks similar to To the
Wire, but is in fact very different. The stride length of the
quarter horse is very different from a thoroughbred. The quarter
horse is of course much more built with thicker muscles. Jim
understands and sees these differences more than anybody as he has
experience in racing and breeding with both quarter horses and
thoroughbreds. Some of the top equine veterinarians in the world
collect Jim's racehorse bronzes and have stated that Jim's bronzes
are the perfect horse and are without flaw or fault and every part
of the horses conformation is correct.
